All fishing licences can be purchased from the online shop attrong https://tenonkalaluvat.fi, as well as local permits. Once payment has been made, the permits will be displayed at the following address: https://tenonkalaluvat.fi/my-account/. Permits for local residents and special quota permits are validated at the Tenon fisheries area permit office, where eligibility for the permit is verified. Purchasers of the above-mentioned licences may also visit the licence validation/disinfection point at the Karigasniemi Kylätalo Saivu to have their licences validated. Licences will only become visible on www.tenonkalaluvat.fi once they have been validated. The 'MY LICENCES' page is now active. If a person who has purchased a special quota licence intends to visit the licence office in the fisheries region to have their fishing licence validated, and their fishing equipment is not dry, they must first visit the disinfection point to disinfect their fishing equipment.

A confirmed fishing licence can be saved on a mobile device or printed out. A mobile licence also serves as proof of payment to the fisheries inspector!

The fisheries management fee must be paid if you are aged between 18 and 69 and fish with a single rod and lure, use fixed gear, or catch crayfish. An exception is made for anglers who will have reached the age of 65 by 31 December 2023; they are exempt from the fisheries management fee.
